This is a deposit only!
Our pork is sold by the whole, the half carcass or by pre-sized mixed boxes for smaller quantities. For whole or half carcasses the final weights are variable. This deposit goes towards our butcher fees and is deducted from your final total due upon receipt of delivery. We cannot guarantee exact weights but every effort is made to get you the size you need!
